An application that is used to manage the transportation of people around UEFA events.
The application managed about a hundred transports a day - where planning is able to anticipate on the location of the driver and drivers would receive updates through their portable navigation system, allowing them to be more efficient.
The challenge in this project was building an interaction where drivers would receive detailed information on the different needs of passengers, while the planners where still able to mange the large amount of transports and changes during the day. My role included :
- Performing a heuristic evaluation
- Creating and researching the information architecture.
It was interesting to pilot this project with TomTom, and learning from their experience in this field.
