I presented on my experience doing UX work in the Drupal community: the challenges and opportunities we have towards creating a more richer design community.

We are nearing the end of the Drupal 7 UX Project which has been exciting, challenging and frustrating from time to time.

I would like to reflect on the process so far, and hope to create an open dialog about how we can learn from this project to power future efforts in Drupal.

Another year (17 years now) passed by and I learned a lot about new technologies and methods of approaching content writing and usability. I took a dive into marketing and found out how most web teams have absolutely no professional approach to writing content online. A lot of presentations on Ted.com intrested me in such a way that I bought the books of Barry Schwartz : The Paradox of Choise, Ken Robinson : Out of Our Minds: Learning to be Creative and Henry William Chesbrough : Open Inovation.

I turned fifteen (15) today. It has been a year were I learned a lot about  IA, SEO and Management. But what up for next year?

Allot of options and so little time.

Sometimes I ask myself why do they just don't understand me? I think it is somehow related to one project of me RapCity.nl. I see it as my first and only project that I need to raise until it lives independent. I've been busy with RapCity.NL since the Medieval Times(read 1999), within that time was it really a learning process for me, from Information Architecture to Management. It got me interested in subjects that a content rich website requires.

You have probably noticed that there were some problems with this website, the website was offline for 4 days! I am happy to announce that all those problems and mistakes are past time and the server is now safely placed in a new data center and the apache configuration has been updated.

At last, Bojhan.nl is going to move to a new server. This means that the domain bojhan.nl will be offline for several days. Within these days I will be developing a new skin for my Wordpress and update it with some new features. Although my first priority is to create new content, so that I wont ran out of new blog posts. Maby good to notice that my new skin for Wordpress will be going to be done with new CCS skills I have learned the last weeks, thanks to Rob Mientjes!

I normally don't like to blog about things happening in the world, although I think this is fight against more then aids only it is an fight against discrimination, disease and preconceptions. I think the truth is that; even a small voice can help. But what can we do? Join the GBC? The GBC is the pre-eminent organization leading the business fight against HIV/AIDS.

Finally, this blog is going to move to a new domain www.bojhan.nl. Until the new domain is up will I put this blog off-line until 15.00 Sunday.
